1) Terms & Conditions
Star Subscriptions ("we", "us", "our") operates an e-commerce platform that sells bundled digital subscriptions for students and professionals — design tools, pro utilities, education suites, entertainment. By using our website or purchasing any bundle, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- Student-only bundles may require current student verification.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
Bundled Subscriptions & Acceptable Use
- We facilitate access to third-party services as a bundle. Each third-party service has its own terms and acceptable-use policy that you must also follow.
- Access is for lawful, personal, non-transferable use unless a plan permits team seats.
- No credential sharing, scraping, reverse engineering, or unlawful use.
Pricing, Taxes & Changes
- Prices are shown at checkout and may include or exclude taxes by location.
- We may change prices or features prospectively; you will be notified before renewal where required.
Subscriptions, Renewals & Trials
- Plans generally auto-renew monthly or annually until you cancel (see Cancellation).
- Trials/promo plans renew to the listed rate unless canceled before trial end.
- Access may be suspended for non-payment or policy violations.
Payments
- You authorise charges to your selected payment method on renewal dates.
- Update payment details to avoid disruption; failed payments may cause suspension.
Third-Party Services Disclaimer
- Logos and marks are property of their respective owners.
- Availability and features of third-party tools can change; we do not control those services.
Support
We provide support via email and WhatsApp (see Contact). We aim for quick resolution and flexible refunds when access is disrupted or not as described.

Warranties & Liability
- Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- To the maximum extent allowed, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss).
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
2) Privacy Policy
What We Collect
- Account data: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, student verification status.
- Transactional data: orders, invoices, subscription status, payment tokens (via processors; we do not store full card numbers).
- Usage data: logs, device/browser info, IP address (security and fraud prevention), site interactions.
- Support data: messages you send via email or WhatsApp.
- Cookies & analytics: essential cookies for operation; analytics to measure performance.
Why We Use Your Data
- Contract: deliver and manage your subscriptions.
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, service improvement, support.
- Consent: marketing emails/WhatsApp where required; withdraw anytime.
- Legal obligations: tax and accounting records.
Sharing
- Payment processors: to take payments (no full card storage).
- Third-party providers in your bundle: only what is needed to activate access.
- Hosting/analytics/support tools: processors under contract.
- Legal & compliance: when required by law or to protect rights/safety.
Retention
- Account/billing records: typically 7 years (or as required by law).
- Support messages: retained as needed to resolve issues and for audit.
- We delete or anonymise data when no longer needed.
Your Rights
- Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection or restriction (subject to law).
- Unsubscribe from marketing via email links or reply "STOP" on WhatsApp; we will still send essential transactional messages.
Security
Encryption in transit (HTTPS), restricted access, and periodic reviews. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures.
Cookies
- Essential: login, cart, checkout.
- Analytics: measure usage; opt out via browser settings.
3) Return / Refund Policy
We Aim for Flexible, Fair Refunds
- Service interruption / early termination: if a third-party service stops working or access ends before your paid term, we will pro-rate a refund or extend access.
- Activation/technical issues (within 14 days): if we cannot resolve a genuine activation or access issue within 3 business days, you may request a full or pro-rata refund.
- Misrepresentation: if the bundle materially differs from what was advertised, you may request a refund.
Not Typically Refundable
- Violations of third-party terms (e.g., credential sharing causing suspension).
- Change of mind after successful activation and normal performance beyond the 14-day window.
- Trials/free periods/coupons after conversion.
- Price drops or promotions after purchase.
How Refunds Are Issued
- Refunds go to the original payment method; bank and processor timelines apply.
- We can alternatively offer account credit or term extension if you prefer.
How to Request a Refund
Email starsubscription10@gmail.com or WhatsApp 0312-3027406 with your order ID and a brief description. We usually respond within 1 business day.
4) Shipping Policy (Digital Delivery)
- No physical shipping — all products are digital.
- Credentials are delivered to your account, usually within minutes of payment confirmation.
- If you do not receive access, check your account dashboard, then contact us.
- If delivery fails (e.g., wrong email), we will re-deliver after verifying your identity.
5) Cancellation Policy
- Most plans auto-renew. You may cancel anytime before the next renewal to avoid future charges.
- After cancelling, access continues until the end of the paid term.
- If a service in your bundle becomes permanently unavailable during your term, we will replace it, extend your term, or pro-rate a refund — your choice.
